What is a 4-H Community Club?
The 4-H Community Club is a group of adults and members from the community working together to produce fun educational 4-H programs under the guidance of the University of California. Working together as a group helps youth develop a sense of belonging and provides opportunities for giving.
The 4-H clubs are encouraged to adopt a community service project with a heavy emphasis on Service Learning.
The 4-H clubs generally meet once a month at a set location. Youth members are the club officers and help organize and plan the group's activities for the year. The following is a link to the Program Planning Guide which helps the clubs and club officers plan the year: Program Planning Guide
