Volunteer Management Organization (VMO) or the Leaders Council meets every 2nd Thursday of every month except December and August, and is open to all Nevada County 4-H Volunteers, members who are 14 years of age and older, the County All Stars, and interested parents. YOU are the leaders council. The purpose of the council is to cooperate with the 4-H Staff in the County in organizing, promoting, and implementing the 4-H Youth Development  Program in Nevada County. We encourage all volunteers and eligible members to attend. This is a good place to meet other 4-H volunteers, exchange ideas, and have your say in programmatic and business decisions.
